Bridger Hannon, first place winner in the National WCTU contest (high school division), is a graduate of Knightstown High School in Indiana. He is a college freshman at Manchester College, North Manchester, Indiana, majoring in history. His hobbies include drawing, hunting, and fishing.	10.5 million people, age 12 or older, drove while under the influence of illegal drugs during the past year. Smokers, ages 12-17, are 8 times more likely to use other drugs. 59.9% of heavy drinkers, ages 12-17, also use other illegal drugs. 70.9% of 12-17 year-olds who smoke and are heavy drinkers use other illegal drugs, too. 59.8% of person age 12 years old or older, who use pain relievers non-medically acquire the drug from a friend or relative free of charge. Only 4.3% receive pain relievers from a drug dealer or other stranger. Nearly half of mehtamphetamine users acquire the drug from a friend or relative for free. 16 million people in the United States of America report being heavy drinkers. 4.2% of youth 12-13, 15.1% of youth ages 14-15, 30.1% of youth ages 16-17, and 51.1% of young adults 18-20 admit drinking alcohol.
