Each year on September 9 at 9:09 am you may hear bells ringing. This International FAS Minute of Reflection Bell Concordance is to alert you to the dangers to the unborn which are caused when pregnant women drink!

``In one magic moment we can change the world." The bell idea was chosen because there is a purity about bells that reminds us of the innocence of children. Also, bells are historically associated with warnings, alarms, marking important moments, and simply pealing for the joy of connecting with the community. FAS Day is all of these things.
