The Frances Willard House in Evanston, Illinois, is open for guided tours on the first and third Sundays of each month from 1 pm to 4 pm (except holidays). Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under; there is no charge for members of the WCTU or Frances Willard Historical Association . The Willard House Museum is also open for special tours by appointment. Signal Press is responsible for the publishing and distribution of WCTU and related materials. The mission of Signal Press is to support the National and World Woman's Christian Temperance Union organizations by providing high-quality educational publications to Local Unions and individual members on the issues of abstinence from alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs and preventing abuse of prescription and over-the-counter drugs.
To further its mission, Signal Press produces many publications and also works in conjunction with other organizations in the development and distribution of books, pamphlets, posters, brochures, flyers and other media designed to carry the message of abstinence to children, youth, teens and adults.
